Reserving the Conference Room for Meetings
The Jim and Susan Swenson Conference Room is available to the community for use as a meeting room. The room can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, with library sponsored activities taking priority. The room may be used for educational, cultural, informational, or civic activities such as lectures, panel discussions, and workshops. People of all ages, including children, may use the meeting room. Programs involving the sale, advertising, or promotion of commercial products or services, and programs sponsored by a business firm, regardless of purpose, are prohibited except for the Friends of the Library semi-annual book sale and special programs sponsored by the library. Please see our Meeting Room Policy for complete details.
